It requires deep market insight, capital-efficient growth strategies, and the right governance structures to navigate complexity and accelerate impact.
That's why we have built a first of its kind programme with the leading technical university in Europe, DTU.
Through a six-day executive course, with world-class lecturers from both DTU, Copenhagen Business School, University of Copenhagen and Nordic Alpha, participants are provided with deep macro and micro insights into the global re-industrialisation and how it affects the green transition.
During the programme, Nordic Alpha will hold several modules focused entirely on the operational toolkit and the 10 value creation models it employs.
We are actively working to engage young talent from all areas and backgrounds passionate about private equity and sustainable investing. With our Private Equity Bootcamp for promising students, we are offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, connect with industry leaders, and explore PE career paths.
Through two in-depth workshops, young talents will be introduced to the NAP Toolbox, including Investment Frameworks & Value Creation, Nordic Alpha’s investment frameworks, the BCSA model and its role in decision-making as well as the four core steps of hyper growth, namely how to create, de-risk and manage it, as well as how to capitalise on it.
The programme will also introduce students to various ways of working with the Green Transition in Private Equity as an Analyst/Associate at Nordic Alpha through meetings with both analysts and senior partners. Lastly, students will gain insights into working in a PE-backed company within the Nordic Alpha ecosystem.
We aspire to run the bootcamp on a bi-annual basis.
